My 2.2 cents
It's how much your opinion is worth when you make a 110% effort to it. It's a positive effort in most cases, but it could also make the opinion less humble.
It's good
Dude has very high standards. If he says it's good, it's actually very good by normal standards. But he just won't say 'very good' coz 'very good' has another meaning to him. Now that's 'very' confusing.
Usage:
Wife: Look dude, this dress looks very good.
Dude: It's okay.
Wife: What?
Dude: It's good.
Usage:
Wife: Look dude, this dress looks very good.
Dude: It's okay.
Wife: What?
Dude: It's good.
I'm okay
Really means I'm good, satisfied, content... so don't ask me again.
Usage:
Wife: Are you okay, dude?
Dude: Yes, I am.
Wife: But you don't look okay, are you sure?
Dude: I'm okay, hun... I am.
Wife: Tell me what this is all about now.
Dude: I'm really really really okay... okay? Are you okay???
Usage:
Wife: Are you okay, dude?
Dude: Yes, I am.
Wife: But you don't look okay, are you sure?
Dude: I'm okay, hun... I am.
Wife: Tell me what this is all about now.
Dude: I'm really really really okay... okay? Are you okay???
